Dawn Duhamel is the Associate Principal and Director of Business Development for DTJ Design, an international land planning, architecture, and landscape architecture firm. Dawn is a national speaker, the 2019 Denver Chair of the Professional Women in Building Council, a past chair of Denver’s MAME awards, and was honored with the Denver SMC’s prestigious “Person of the Year” award. Her previous roles with builders include Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Standard Pacific Homes, John Laing Homes, and Pulte Homes. Dawn has also held national Business Development roles for homebuilding’s top interior design firms and has worked in markets coast to coast.  Her deep understanding of the homebuilding industry, experience selling and marketing to consumers, and her love for placemaking combine to give her a unique strategic perspective.
