Hayley is the Director of cadreCare at Cadre General Contractors, bringing expertise in engineering, construction, and leadership. With degrees in Civil and Architectural Engineering, she began her career as a structural engineer before transitioning to hands-on roles, including founding her own general contracting company, Redwood Jane.
Known for her creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, Hayley thrives on tackling challenges. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys skiing, hiking, backpacking, and CrossFit in her spare time. Her favorite quote is “If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.”
