I have had a lot of great opportunities that have lead to me having a hand in Human Resources, Accounting, Operations Management, Marketing, Permitting Management, and Even Planning over my career. I started my career as a wedding and event planner, moved through Starwood Hotels in their Human Resources department receiving my SHRM-CP, and eventually ended up in Denver working in the construction industry for Larsen Development first as an assistant and now as the Business Operations Manager. Over the last 10 years at Larsen Development I have been able to grow my career by learning, developing, and growing through mentors I have had in this industry and would love to share what I have learned.
