Philip Eidenschink, CSP is the founder of PSG Colorado, aka PEAK Staffing and PEAK Signing Group, supporting local builders, builder associates and other industries all along the Front Range. He believes in the strength of a well-rounded professional network. Philip has a passion for providing clients top-level service with the best candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct/full-time placement and staffing needs. Additionally, his team of notaries are thoroughly trained and fully equipped to make every closing go smoothly.

Philip is proud to have created an unprecedented number of outstanding career opportunities for the people in the Colorado homebuilding work force, placing hundreds of quality employees in permanent positions from sales to construction management, to administrative support to executive positions and many more.

He is a Certified New Home Sales Professional and serves on the board for many councils and committees within the HBA of Metro Denver including the HBA Board of Directors, Vice Chair of the Sales and Marketing Council, and Membership Committee. He is also involved with the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs.

Philip enjoys training and providing opportunities for others to grow. He states, “There is nothing better than placing a person in a new career opportunity.”

In his spare time, he loves to travel with his wife, spoiling his grandkids, trying to be a chef, and embraces long motorcycle rides.
