The Limb Preservation Foundation

Christine Lentz has a Marketing degree and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In addition, she spent two years as an undergrad at Boston College. Christine began her career as a telecom Sales Manager for AT&T. Then while raising her three sons, along with her husband, she obtained her Real Estate license and worked with both a local Land Management Company and a Real Estate Developer. As Christine’s children grew, her family enjoyed a very active lifestyle, including competitive skiing and snowboarding. In November of 2013, Christine underwent surgery that resulted in complications. By Christmas that year, Christine was back in the emergency room with what simply appeared to be severe flu symptoms and she was sent home. Within a few days she was in Septic Shock resulting in her near death and amputation of her hands and feet. Christine spent the next seven months in the hospital. After a tremendous effort of rehabilitation and changes to her home and lifestyle that affected her entire family, Christine returned to work for The Limb Preservation Foundation. She now enjoys skiing, golfing, walking and time with friends and family.
