The combination of his collaborative nature and inquisitive spirit have set a unique standard of thinking and action for his team, his peers, and his personal evolution.

Dan’s extensive residential lending expertise spans nearly two decades and includes educating first-time homebuyers on the benefits of cultivating home wealth, guiding experienced real estate investors on portfolio expansion, and collaborating with builders on innovative and sustainable developments.

While his daily focus has shifted from origination to encouraging the growth and sustained success of the Spire Financial team, Dan consistently leads by example in providing a personalized homebuying or refinancing experience for all clients that is driven by authenticity and teamwork. Additionally, Dan’s foundation of mentorship is based on four questions. Who am I? Where did I come from? How did I get here? Where am I going?

Complementing his tenure in the mortgage business, Dan’s vision and entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-ownership of the award-winning local brewery, Westbound & Down. What began as a personal passion of pairing craft beer with upscale yet inviting fare has grown into a distinctive experience for residents and visitors of the Centennial state alike. Dan is a Colorado native and proud graduate of Colorado State University. Outside the office, he is likely traveling, golfing, or cycling, or spending time with his wife and two children.
