David Lemnah ’21

David Lemnah is the president of Lokal Homes, a private homebuilder based in Englewood, CO. Beginning his career in supply chain management at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he then spent nearly a decade with a large national builder and moved up to National Vice President of Purchasing and Architecture before founding Lokal Homes in 2012. David understands the importance of delivering an unrivaled homebuying experience and building attainable housing which has contributed to Lokal Homes rapid growth and success.  

David has led Lokal Homes to the #115th largest Builder in the nation in just 8 years, as well as numerous achievements from the Denver Business Journal and back-to-back Denver Post ‘Top Workplaces’ recognition in 2020/2021.  Lokal Homes is Denver’s largest privately held homebuilder with over 450 singe family, townhome and condominium sales across 14 communities. 

David holds an MBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and a BSBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.  He enjoys spending time in the Rocky Mountains with his family and children who are competitive skiers.
