Debra Wyatte ’23

As an industry leader in community experience, Debra’s goal is to facilitate a memorable customer journey for everyone who engages in the home-buying experience. She has worked with over 130 Master Planned Communities across the country assisting community developers, production home builders, and Homeowner Associations in developing and establishing a strong sense of place. Her understanding of MPCs helps aid WE Consulting’s clients in establishing or evaluating their customer experience at any stage of development.

Debra has been published and featured in Forbes for her expertise on customer experience, as well as health and wellness trends in real estate. She was recognized as a Flying High Women Leaders by Aspioneer Magazine. She’s been invited to speak at the International Builder Show, Women in PropTech, Urban Land Institute, and Housing Innovations Alliance. She’s also appeared on Housing Innovations Alliance, The Home Builder Digital Marketing, New Construction Marketing, Speaking Of, Ritter on Real Estate, and Alosant’s Innovator Series. In 2022, she launched WE Consulting, LLC to inspire memorable moments in communities around the country. How WE approach placemaking is simple and straightforward. WE put people first in our strategy and approach in thinking about how they will use various spaces every day.
