George has spent the majority of his 29 year career as a branding, digital marketing and technology professional.

Founded in 2001, he last operated BrainSpark Media, later selling the business in 2015. In the years that followed, George seized the opportunity to merge past professional experience with a longtime love of gardening and passion for local food to create Grow + Gather. Under this original concept, he and his team operate The Feedery at Grow + Gather; a farm-to-table restaurant, local market, coffee shop and private event space business.

George is a Cleveland, OH native and Denison University graduate residing in the Denver area since 1995.
