Gilda Zaragoza ’23

Gilda Zaragoza is the founder of Invalesco Real Estate, a development and realty boutique. She began her career in finance after graduating from NYU. She later relocated back to Denver to pursue a career in development. She got her Masters degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from DU in 2012 and started small urban infill development projects in the south metro Denver area. She later founded a brokerage that specializes in new construction and now leads a team of 26 agents. while continuing to pursue development projects.

Gilda is an entrepreneur who loves her team and giving back to the industry. She is on the HBA’s Young Leader’s Council board and was Chair in 2022.
