As the President of Aurum Home Technologies, he brings a focus on process, high quality, and longevity, to support his team to grow its impact and reach. His decade of experience as a co-owner and leader within Namaste Solar’s employee-owned cooperative provided him with invaluable lessons highlighting the importance of servant leadership and open and transparent communication as he helped grow the residential branch of the local business to from 50 to over 125 employees.
