Colorado is a great place to live, work, and play, which is why “almost native” Kathryn Seehusen has chosen it to call home. As a top Denver metro Realtor, she has been recognized with the Rookie of Year, the Summit Award, and has found herself at the top 1% of Realtors in the Denver Metro area year after year. Most recently she was recognized as Polka Dot Powerhouse’s “Business Woman of the Year”.

She has built a referral based business through various service organizations and professional networking organizations.

Community involvement is high on her priority list which is why you can find her volunteering for various organizations in the Denver Metro area. In 2022, she was awarded the Best of Arvada – Real Estate Agents for her high level of service partnered with commitment to helping others. When Kathryn is not running her family owned real estate team she loves music, entertaining and reading.
