Salem Webb ’23

With an extensive background in contract negotiations and sales, Salem is the Managing Broker-Owner of One Nest Realty, as well as founder of their sister company, One Nest Home Staging. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as local associations DMAR & SMDRA. She has a passion for using her unique skill set to market “hard to sell” homes at every price point and for supporting her associate brokers in providing industry-setting standards of professionalism and client care.

In 2018, with a longstanding career in sales and a passion for homes (especially anything neglected and particularly smelly), Salem steered her sales background into real estate. Seeing a hole in the market for what she viewed as a critical component of product marketing, in tandem with her real estate career she founded the public-facing staging company, One Nest Home Staging. What began as an adjunct service to her clients quickly grew into a thriving staging company, serving both homeowners and other real estate brokers across greater Denver metro.

As the staging company grew, so did Salem’s position as a Realtor within the large brokerage she was working for at the time. Consistently on the top-producer list, and with an overflowing client roster built by many hours of dedication, hard work, and happy client referrals, she found an added passion in cultivating new associates and was installed as a Manager for her brokerage’s training program.

In January 2022 Salem felt a ceiling closing in on the services she could provide her clients and community through the chain brokerage. A firm believer in never stopping, she decided the time was right to step away from a corporate chain and launch an independent brokerage which could meet the needs of the community in new ways. She hit the ground running, plan and passion in hand, and never looked back. Today One Nest Realty is a thriving and growing independent brokerage, with an office base in Littleton and a diverse associate broker base, united by a common drive, serving all of greater Denver metro. Salem takes great pride in the service they are able to offer the community, the standards they hold themselves to, and the joy that comes from being able to grow unfettered and support her associates as they serve their community.
